Zen Shiatsu - Training
Professional Certificated Course
The program is organised as 3 times 3 week intensive courses - 160 h
Level 1 - First Year (160h)

Cost for each módul (level): 1.400 euros (course only) / 1.600 euros (includes twin room) / 1.900 euros (single room)
Meals are not included in this program! Students use the fully equipped kitchens to provide their own meals; there are also many restaurants and bars in the city, as well as take-out food and supermarkets that carry prepared meals.
Course fees include tuition, accommodation (as indicated), course manual, pick up (and drop off) from the local train station and certification.
All dates include arrival and departure days.

Hara (abdominal) Shiatsu
Working with articulations
Importance of the mother had and the kyo/Jitsu reaction
How to use the ideas above to work with Trauma, C-section, scars, stress and insomnia
