This course teaches the fundamentals of Yoga and Astrology and how the elements and planets relate to the Chakras and to Yoga, which provide the tools for working on the microcosm which is man. These Yoga Therapy classes are based on working with the chakras. This course also teaches breathing exercises (pranayama) meditation (mindset), restorative exercises (therapeutic), meridian stretching and relaxation.

The Astrology program teaches all the fundamental principles necessary to get started, including : Signs of the Zodiac, Elements, Qualities and Polarities; Planets, Houses, Aspects, Rulership and piecing it all together..
